We will require your name, phone number & address along with the lot and plan number which can be found on your rates notice as this assists us being able to make informed decisions for providing a $ per ft price & to determine the best drilling method to use for your bore. The bore will be used for rural use - livestock & farming and/or domestic - household use & yard/garden maintenance.
Locating a suitable site for a water bore hole and ensuring suitable access is really the land owners responsibility. TWB will construct the new bore in the location as specified by you. We can assist with this decision by providing information such as depths, quantities and quality on existing bores already drilled in your area. Water divining could be used to select a site and help increase the chances of obtaining water.
Yes, we do guarantee the quality of our workmanship. We construct our water bores with suitable materials of a high standard to ensure long life. No drilling company can guarantee the quantity or quality of the water that may be obtained but we do estimate the flow rate. We also test for conductivity. The yield of the water bore can be estimated during construction, either by bailing or airlift pumping. We recommend you perform a complete water analysis before equipping the bore.

The design, drilling, construction, maintenance & decommissioning of water bores in Australia are guided by the “Minimum Construction Requirements For Water Bores In Australia”, which was first published in 1997. In QLD it is mandatory to work under the Water Act 2000.
